Burgoo kettle service begins at 8:00 a.m. on both days. (Kettle service is often suspended in mid-morning, but the soup line sales - by the bowl - continue until the soup runs out, usually around 7:00 p.m.)

Entertainment at the Arenzville Burgoo is free. Seating is by general admission (there are no reserved seats). The Village of Arenzville sponsors this event for the community and sells burgoo (soup), grilled pork chops and steaks, hamburgers, cold drinks, and homemade pies and cakes.
