Burgoo kettle service begins at 7:00 a.m. on both days. (Kettle service is usually suspended in mid-morning. Lunch lines began forming around 10:30 for soup sales by the bowl. Food line sales continue until the soup runs out, usually around 7:00 p.m.) If you are driving from a distance to get burgoo, please note the above times so you will not be disappointed.

Entertainment at the Arenzville Burgoo is free. Seating is by general admission (there are no reserved seats). The Village of Arenzville sponsors this event for the community and sells burgoo (soup), grilled pork chops and steaks, hamburgers, cold drinks, and homemade pies and cakes. Proceeds from these sales help support community activities.
